A welcome wrap is the most Orlando of drops. Someone lands at the airport hotel belt, or a rideshare crawls International Drive, or a family finally finds the correct tower on a resort campus that has more than one lobby. Flowers waiting under the guest name at the front desk turn the arrival into a room that already knows they are here.
Write the stay the way the house will search it
Write the hotel the way the reservation is spelled. Write the guest name as booked. Write the arrival date. If the confirmation names a tower, a building, or a villa row, copy that line. Orlando resorts are campuses; downtown houses on Lake Eola are smaller; airport-belt hotels turn rooms overnight. A welcome that arrives for yesterday’s stay is not a welcome.
International Drive repeats house words up and down the strip. “The Marriott on I-Drive” is not an address. Downtown inns are fewer and easier to tell apart. The airport hotel belt is where identical-looking names cluster next to the rental-car buses. Copy the property line from the confirmation, including the city suffix if the confirmation has one.
The object that can go upstairs
The wrap itself should be something the guest can carry from the front desk to the room and recut into a bathroom tumbler or a real vase. A tall ceremony piece is the wrong object for a rolling suitcase and a key packet. If you want the flowers already standing in water, say so. A low bowl on a table in the room is a different drop than a hand-tied bunch held at the front desk.
